With the inclusion of all the above paragraphs, at the head of each page of my copied work - you will satisfy "the author's conditions for attribution" -
"You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work)."
Section 4e "Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Licensor or as may be otherwise permitted by applicable law, if You Reproduce, Distribute or Publicly Perform the Work either by itself or as part of any Collections, You must not distort, mutilate, modify or take other derogatory action in relation to the Work which would be prejudicial to the Original Author's honor or reputation."
The association of my work with the content of your own websites - with their sole intention of defamation - is most emphatically "a derogatory action" and is "prejudicial to the Original Author's honor and reputation" - whichever way you want to look at it.
Unless you comply to the above conditions - as specified by the author of the work you have copied to your websites - you are in DIRECT CONTRADICTION OF THIS AGREEMENT - and are breaking the law.
If you are under the delusion that you can ignore these conditions - pleading "fair usage" - think again.
No sane person on this planet will consider the CLONING OF AN ENTIRE 30+ PAGE BLOG - AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE SAME - FAIR USAGE.
